Skilled Stretch Sequence (S3)

Our systematic full-body one-on-one Skilled Stretch Sequence was created by Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Renee’ Golson, especially for Renata Well Spa Guests.

Skilled Stretch Sequence (S3)

Skilled Stretch Sequence is rooted in the principle of autogenic inhibition, which has been proven to help individuals improve their flexibility for years.

Skilled Stretch Sequence focuses on the entire body rather than specific areas to maximize your benefits. This is the “secret sauce” that truly separates Skilled Stretch Sequence from most other body work companies.

The 30 minute appointment will Target 1 main area of the body.

The 60 minute appointment includes a full body stretching session.

After your 30 to 60-minute appointment, using all these skilled stretches,            we know you will feel more relaxed and move with greater ease.

Lower Body: Hips, Knees, Ankles, Feet

Foot and ankle injuries can be the most debilitating since we depend on them for our mobility. We all know that horrible feeling when an ankle rolls, and we struggle to maintain balance. We work with you to increase mobility, strengthen your core and foot and ankle, and decrease discomfort.

Chronic Neck, and Back Pain

Neck and back pain are the most common musculoskeletal diagnosis in the United States. At some point in our lives, almost everyone will deal with it. We use manual adjustments and exercises to increase range of motion throughout your upper body.

Shoulder, Elbow, and Wrist Pain

Elbow pain is most commonly found in sports injuries, hip pain is often associated with the effects of aging, and wrist/hand pain is common among those who sit at a desk and keyboard for a living. We have programs to help alleviate all types
of ailments.
